We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to uncover out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband first left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that following 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any far more. He stated he needed time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a large amount of money out of their joint bank account which he stated he necessary to set himself up in a brand new location to live.
While waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may well have an additional woman as a comparable factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could aid as we had helped her within the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just after he had left our client.
We had been able to present our client with all the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been having an affair with this woman for several years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
